Delhi police have filed a petition with Patiala House Court against 14 suspects including the brutal criminal Sukesh Chandrashekhar, his wife Leena Maria Paul and others on a Rs 200 crore fraud charge. In the paper, Delhi police said Sukesh Chandrashekhar admitted that he loved expensive cars, watches, new electronic devices and all kinds of luxury items and to achieve all of this in life, he decided to make money quickly.

According to police sources, Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who is in Tihar prison on account of a FIRE registered with the Criminal Investigation Department, paid the prison staff a large sum of money.

I met many high-ranking inmates in the prison

While in prison, he had the opportunity to meet Chandra’s relatives, Kartik Chidambaram, Moin Qureshi, Ratul Puri and many other high-ranking inmates. He also met with Sanjay Chandra’s Unitech owner, Ajay Chandra, including former Ranbaxy promoter Shivendra Singh, both of whom were in the custody of the case. He met Chandra’s Unitech brothers regularly and met Deepak Ramanani, close to Chandra’s brothers. Deepak Ramanani was in charge of Chandra’s brothers’ financial accounts.

The letter, issued by the Delhi Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) Police, states that Chandra’s relatives informed Sukesh of Deepak Ramanani and told him that Ramanani was a trustworthy man to manage the money.

The site also states that Sukesh Chandrashekhar met his wife Leena in 2010 through social media and the two later began dating. He called himself the son of a great politician. He needed a lot of money to meet Lena’s needs and wants and to survive. Sukesh needed a lot of money to help Leena get into prison and start a salon business throughout the country.

During his time in Rohini Prison, he used two mobile phones, for example, the iPhone 11 and the iPhone 12. He used to communicate with Aditi, Deepak Ramnani and others through these numbers. On June 15, 2020, he summoned Aditi Singh from his actual calculations by pretending to be a mobile phone and posing as India’s Legislative Secretary. Aditi Singh felt that she could help him in legal matters and at the same time be kind to him if he disobeyed. He used to end his story with “Jai Hind” to present himself in public service and to impress.

30 crores donated to prison guards and staff

He paid about Rs 25 to 30 crore for prison guards and staff for about a year. For this reason, he keeps CCTV cameras in his room covered with curtains and bottles at all times and there was no problem using a mobile phone. Sukesh was always well versed in the techniques and techniques of using real numbers and knew how to avoid following the phone. For this reason he bought a spoofing program and destroyed the phone number of the Union Secretary of State and initially called Aditi from the spoof number. He also used the Hushed app to create a real WhatsApp number and also to make a Telegraph number. He bought an Airtel SIM with the help of the prison warden and used the code to relieve himself.

EOW police in Delhi have registered a FIRE against Sukesh Chandrashekhar for stealing the supporters of Ranbaxy Shivinder Singh and Malvinder Singh’s wife of Rs 200 crore in addition to ongoing investigations across the country. Sukesh Chandrashekhar and others were recently arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act in the case.
