If it increases, remove the gas. Now add the sugar and cardamom powder and beat well and leave to cool, cool, make pedas and garnish with chopped dried fruit.

2. Gulab Jamun

To make Gulab Jamun, you need a cup of milk powder, three teaspoons of enough flour, half a teaspoon of cardamom powder, half a cup of milk, half a cup of sugar, two teaspoons of ghee and dried fruit.

Put the pan on the gas and when it heats up, add ghee to it. when the ghee starts to heat up, add the milk. Add milk powder to hot milk and do not allow lumps to form. When it starts to thicken, turn off the gas. Now add all the flour made with cardamom powder and crush it to make it smooth. Mix for 15 minutes and give them a round shape. Now lower the ghee into the pan and bake well over low heat until golden brown. On the other side, put water and sugar in a saucepan and make light tap water from there. Put fried gulab jamuns in it and leave.

3.Coconut Pak

To do this, 1 cup coconut husk, sugar cup, cup milk powder, cardamom powder – 1/3 tsp, ghee – 1 tsp, some dried fruit.

First, place two cups of water and milk powder in a pan and boil well for a while. When the milk boils, add the ghee and sugar and continue stirring constantly. When it thickens, place the coconut husk in it and turn off the air when you stir for a while. Mix the cardamom powder in it and squeeze it into a container. Now cut them into diamond shape and decorate by cutting thin dried fruit.
