Dubai. India head coach Ravi Shastri has also said he could return to cricket comments. The 59-year-old Shastri made his own comments before becoming head coach of the Indian team.
His role as head coach ended with a T20 World Cup match against Namibia on Monday. Speaking to reporters after India’s victory in Namibia, Shastri also spoke about his future plans.
Shastri said, “Speaking of the special success of my time, then there is nothing better than defeating Australia (on their soil). In England we were at the top of the list. Now the series will end next year. Maybe I will comment on the game.
Shastri was referring to the fifth test against England that was suspended in September after Kovid-19 charges were found in the Indian team. Now it will happen next year.
It is also speculated that Shastri could be a coach in the IPL.
