Oukitel, popular for making durable and heavy-duty devices, is now ready to launch a slim tablet. The company will launch its first 8-inch mini tablet Oukitel RT3 on 21 December 2022. The mini-tablet will come with rugged features that will be able to withstand extreme and harsh conditions and can be easily used anywhere and in any condition.

The company says that the Okitel RT3 is designed to work smoothly even in rough handling and harsh conditions. The tablet is designed to meet the needs of people working in sectors such as construction, engineering, architects, education, entertainment, inventory management, and emergency services. The company’s claim is that the tablet can be submerged in 1.5 meters of water for 30 minutes and will not work if it falls from a height of 1.5 meters.

This tablet is equipped with a MediaTek Helio P22 octa-core processor and comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM that can be expanded up to 1TB. It runs on Android 12 OS and comes with a dual rear camera setup with a 16MP Sony IMX519 main sensor and an LED flash, which is capable of taking good shots in low light. It has an 8MP sensor for selfies.
