Dhamecha has asked the High Court to allow him to appear at the NCB office in Delhi instead of Mumbai, as he has no home in Mumbai. The Bombay High Court on October 28 granted bail to the son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan and co-accused Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant.
One of the requirements on bail was for the accused to be present at the NCB office in Mumbai every Friday from 11am to 2pm. The accused were ordered not to leave Mumbai without informing the investigating officer (IO). In his complaint, filed by advocate Kashif Ali Khan Deshmukh, Dhamecha claimed to be a citizen of Madhya Pradesh living in Delhi for work.

The petition states that Dhamecha has no home in Mumbai. According to the request, the state of the bail will have a profound effect on his professional life and public life, as he is expected to come to Mumbai every week. Dhamecha also said that if conditions were to be met with caution, he should inform the NCB of any traffic because it would be constantly circling between Madhya Pradesh and Delhi, as both areas are located on the Mumbai border. He is out. His request is expected to be heard next week.
