  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 4 tbsp powdered maida or maida
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste

The Secret of Cheese Balls

1- To make cheese balls, first boil the potatoes and coat them.
2- Now add the black pepper, salt and green coriander to the potatoes and mix.
3- Add the grated cheese and now filter the flour or gram powder and set aside.
4- Now mix all this well.
5- Now take a little mix and prepare the round balls with your hands.
6- Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is heated, place 5-6 balls in it and place them on medium heat.
7- Continue to turn these balls in the middle while frying. Fry all the balls until they are golden.
