Kane Williamson’s agenda for the T20 World Cup Final

New Zealand captain Kane Williamson on Saturday denounced the “big final” match against Australia in the T20 World Cup, saying it was like another match for us who will look forward to continuing to do well.

The New Zealand team reached the end of the 2015 and 2019 ODI World Cups and won the first World Test tournament. “It shows a lot of hard work, but tomorrow is another game for us and we will look at the smaller ones,” Williamson said on the evening of the game.

He said, “This team is doing well together and certainly supporting each other. It is important that we strive to learn regularly and we too have seen, our future because of it. We will have another opportunity.”

Despite the unchanging nature of the game, New Zealand will make it to the finals as an ‘underdog’ and it doesn’t matter to the driver. Williamson said, “It doesn’t mean much to us. We focus on our cricket and try our best to continue to perform well as a team. We have control over tags or anything like that. Nothing.”
