ET Telecom reported in its report that Jio has updated its Rs 2,999 prepaid recharge plan on its website, which includes unlimited 5G data for users who choose the annual recharge option. It continues to offer 912.5GB of data, which is equivalent to 2.5GB of daily data at 5G speed.
It is worth noting that the Rs 2,999 Jio recharge plan provides unlimited data access to customers, even if they exceed the daily 2.5GB data limit. However, like 4G devices, the company will reduce the browsing speed to 64Kbps for users with 5G devices, as stated in the recharge plan listing.
