At the same time, in the second half of the current financial year, the company has achieved a profit of 110 crore.

Last month, IREDA signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with North Eastern Electric Power Corporation to finance and implement renewable energy projects. In a statement, IREDA stated that under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the agency will implement state-of-the-art technology programs for renewable energy, energy efficiency and NEEPCO environmental protection activities. IREDA will assist in developing plans for the development and acquisition of renewable energy projects over the next five years. IREDA chairman and Managing Director Pradeep Kumar Das said the agreement would help achieve the government’s goal of reducing carbon emissions by 33 percent by 2030. , the council will work together to increase energy efficiency and tackle climate change.
