Rasiyav Kheer ingredients
1/2 cup basmati rice
1 liter of cream milk
1/2 cup dried fruit
jaggery according to taste
1 tsp ghee
How to make Rasiyav Kheer
Wash basmati rice and mix in ghee and set aside. Boil the milk over medium heat and reduce to half. Fry dried fruits in ghee. Sit aside. Boil the rice in milk. Mix frequently so that it does not burn or stick to the ground. When the sand boils, add dried fruit. When the rice boils, add the dried fruit. When the rice is cooked well, turn off the heat and add the jaggery. Do not put jaggery on the stove stove, the plate may explode. Add small pieces of jaggery or jaggery syrup, mix until you get the color you want.
When making this kheer, use only basmati rice, which makes the rice sprout.
You can add dried fruits of your choice in kheer. If you have khana, after making kheer, add khana and keep kheer.
