Materials for making chicken saliva
2 chicken leg pieces
1 onion
1 carrot
5 grams of ginger
7 green onions
3 green peppers
green coriander
4-5 garlic cloves
salt – to taste
Lemon juice – half a teaspoon
water – if needed
1 tsp honey
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
too much salt for the egg

How to make chicken saliva
-Select the chicken leg.
Finely chop the ginger. Similarly, chop 5 to 6 chopped green onions and green peppers in half.
Finely chop the garlic cloves.
Pour two tablespoons of olive oil into the pan. Quickly add the chicken pieces.
Once golden brown, add chopped onions and carrots to it.
Also add ginger, garlic, green onions and green peppers.
Add salt, black pepper and green coriander to the top and fry.
Add 200 ml of water and leave on the fire for two or three minutes.
Now add half a lemon juice to it.
Add one teaspoon of soy sauce and one teaspoon of honey. Mix and cover the pan.
Leave on low heat for 10 minutes.
Now remove the chicken from the broth.
Cut the chicken into pieces. Now add the egg noodles to the broth.
Cook for about five minutes and add the chopped chicken to it. Cook for two or three minutes.
-Add green onions, green peppers and green coriander and serve hot.
