New Delhi. Infinix has launched its Infinix Hot 20S phone in the Philippines. The Hot 20S features a MediaTek G96 SoC. The new phone is equipped with a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 120Hz refresh rate with a 6.78-inch FHD+ display. The company has not informed about its availability and price for the time being in other markets including India.

The company introduced the Infinix Hot 20S in a single 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. Its price is 8,499 Philippine pesos (about 12,200 rupees). The handset is offered in black, blue, purple and white color options.

Infinix Hot 20S specifications
Infinix Hot 20S comes with 8GB RAM (8+5GB extended RAM) and 128GB storage, which can be expanded up to 512GB via microSD. This device is equipped with an octa-core MediaTek Helio G96 chipset. The phone uses a 6.78-inch IPS FHD+ panel with 120Hz refresh rate support.

Triple rear camera setup
The smartphone has a triple rear camera setup for photography. It has a 50-megapixel primary shooter. At the same time, there is an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front of the phone for selfies and video calling. Infinix Hot 20S phone runs Android 12 out of the box. It comes with a 5000 mAh battery, which supports 18W fast charging.

Side-mounted fingerprint sensor
Connectivity features like 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 A/B/G/N/AC, Bluetooth, USB Type-C port, OTG, GPS and GPS/ A-GPS are available in the phone. Besides this, the smartphone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication.

Infinix Hot 20 5G series will be released on December 1
Meanwhile, the company has set its India launch date for its Infinix Hot 20 5G series on December 1. The company will introduce two phones in the series. It includes Infinix Hot 20 5G and Hot 20 Play. It has made its global debut recently.
